Torque spec for engine mount through bolts?

Default Torque spec for engine mount through bolts?

I'm looking at the torque tables on http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/fbody/torquespecs.htm

43 ft. lbs on the brackets to block/ frame, sounds good, but I'm confused why there are 2 specs for the through bolt/ nut.

Engine Mount Through Bolt Nut
80 nM
59 ft. lbs

Engine Mount Through Bolt Screw
95 nM
70 ft. lbs

I'm inclined to go 70 ft. lbs on both sides. What's the 59?

truthfully i have never tqd them ever...I use power tools and just know when is tight. but Id say its 70

Thank you, sir... makes me feel a little better. No air on this project, unforunately. 27 Gal. compressor scheduled for purchase in late Feb.

When turning the nut you are fighting just the nut flange friction the thread friction and the bolt stretch. When tightening the bolt you are also fighting the friction of the engine sitting on the bolt.

That said I have always just used German specs. good-n-tight pronounced like ooh-ah
or sometimes air tools.

Ok, the plan was just to wiggle the engine with the weight held by the hoist to get it lined up and just pop the bolt in. That's how it went last time (green car last Dec.). I hadn't planned on making the bolt hold the weight while I twisted it through. But your explanation makes sense. Thanks for posting up.
