Default soft glow

I went outside tonight to check for sparking and arching under the hood. I was looking under the hood and no lights. I did notice a glow on one of the header tubes #6. Is that normal? It wasn't cherry red just a light glow so soft that my buddy didn't see it until he looked three or for times. The motor sounds good no missing no backfire or evidence of anything wrong. Any thoughts?
