Default cam install & degree

Can anyone give me the step by step on how to set up my cam. its a cc305. I already have it installed in the engine but how would i set up the timing gears and degree the cam in?

You probably bit off more than you can chew. Its not very wise to get slam in the MIDDLE of something like this, then start asking people on the net how to do it.

its a doweled camshaft(cant spell).......the only way to change timing would be with offset crank keys. these cams are as simple as they come. no technical degreeing involved.

If you want to actually degree the cam, you can find step-by-step info at most cam supplier's websites. On an LT1 it is mostly used for checking that the cam was ground properly, as most people don't change the cam timing.
