You should be making over 500hp at wheels give or take a couple hundred. Like Lawhead said there's too many variables to guess what your engines hp should be....just get it dynoed.

Without knowing the two most important pieces of information - head and cam specs - we cannot even begin to guess anything. It's not like an LSX where you can throw anything at it and run decent times.
Also, even with the best parts in the world an incompetent mechanic can still manage to build a turd if they don't know what they are doing.
Take it to the track and run it on motor, weigh it, and then you can calculate how much power its making using your trap speed. Once you are sure its running in working order and doesn't have any problems, then you can spray it and see what happens.

At one point someone on the Impala board got ahold of a modified f-body parts car. The guy had built a stroker and "tuned" it with just an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Another kid popped up over there with a 383 that put down a whopping 220rwhp, judging by the cams specs the shop had put a flat tappet in it.
When I first started playing with this car the fastest heads/cam/2-stage nitrous car was slower than my car is now.
The range of possible outcome from modification literally ranges from worse than stock to over 200hp more than stock NA.
