Default Getting the car back on the road after almost 2 years

So I should have my temp dd car sold this weekend and if so I should be able to get the t-56 in my Firebird rebuilt. Car has been down since 2-21-09 and only seen 140 miles. In those miles it went threw 2 engines,1 transmission, and 2 clutches. Nothing like getting bad parts or in the case of the transmission knowing it was bad. But excited as I have a stock piles of new parts to go one which include. Some nice corvette c5 wheels, smoked corners which I bought 1.5 years ago and a ws6 hood and box that I bought almost 2 years ago. Also got an old non adjustable borla muffler that sounds sick ready to go. Its been a long wait but hopefully I will have my baby back in the next month.

Will have to get some later. Car is at my parents house in Greenville along with all my parts. Going to snap some of it when I get home. Car has been sitting around and has not had a bath in a long time. I think there is still rubber on the back from the strip when it blew up the first time.

Well I got the hood when the car was having a clutch problem on the rebuilt engine. The smoked tails where bought since I had some ebay bucks that were expiring. The rims were in perfect shape and picked up for $150. Good price for the rims I wanted for the car.

meh cars in general don't involve common sense. how many people on here have dumped $10-15k into a $5,000 car and hopefully the car will be worth what they bought it for if they went to sell it.
