Who makes a intake elbow that is the same size as a 58mm trottle body?

All throttle bodies are compatible with all LT1 elbows.

Yeah, every elbow will fit around a 58mm throttle body, whether it is a rubber elbow or an aluminum elbow with a silicone coupler.

My question was does someone make one the same diameter as the 58mm trottle body, I have a Granatelli and it has a smaller opening I know they will all work. Sorry for the delayed response my email from ls1tech keeps going to spam.

they all work bud. summit has a nice one for like $100 or something. i got a metal one and it works great. came with really strong rubber seals and clamps too.
