Default 20 Degree and low coolant light come up

Today was the cold day, I went out start the car to warm it up. I saw the red square with the arrow down ( right by 3k rmp ). Is this low coolant light ? anyway I drove to gas station and fill up gas, after that the light is gone, i let the car cool down 2 hours at work, and open radiator cap and it still full. Should I be worried ? the stay 180 whole time.

it's under the filler neck on your radiator about 2 inches. I just unplugged mine after 2 sensors failed in a month.
