You'll be fine man, I've been all over the continent in fbodies with and without MAFs.
Up in the mountains, though tunnels, below sea level, desert heat and Canadian winters, gulf humidity ... I did just fine.
I'm not just saying that because they don't make a MAF that fits my ram air box either LOL
