Scooter's Performance out of Sanford, FL. They're made by a small company called Carbon Components in Carlsbad, CA. They make them for LTx, LSx, SBC, BBC, BBF, and a couple others.
Beware, they aren't cheap. You may soil yourself.

^I havent looked them up recently, but now that you say that name I believe I have stumbled across them before.

How is the fitment/leaks ect. on them? Are they real carbon fiber?

Lol, we have officially hijacked this thread.
They're exactly dimensional to stock valve covers, but have no internal bracing. They're all open inside.
They are real carbon fiber. EXCEPTIONAL finish, and great fitment. No leaks.

I'll consider a set when I do my engine build. In the world of valve covers, yes, a rediculous price. In the worl of being rare, unique, and hey-a weight reduction mod whats a couple hundred bucks?

Lol, weight reduction...might count for .0001 seconds. MAYBE.
Both valve covers MIGHT weigh 1 pound combined. Ridiculously light.

If you have a hydro graphics place local they could do a set for you. send in some regular covers and have them done in a carbon fiber motif.
