OK would the o2 sensors being bad cause my car to die some times and have a rough ideal and feel like its mis firing and high rpms I've changed the iac and tps on it already also getting crappy gas Milagros about 175 to a tank

Gas mileage, yes they can. High rpm miss, not necessarily. If the o2s are bad 1) it should throw a code and 2) it will run rich (open loop) even after it's warmed up. Also, check your fuel pressure, and listen to hear if all your injectors are "clicking."

Plugs look white when I pulled them and when I had my exuast fixed the muffler could only find one o2 sensor. I bought this car a month ago a it seems like I've been dumping money in it since

White says lean or too hot. You may want to check your fuel pressure and check the fuel filter. I feel your pain, my green Z had NO o2s at all when I got it, plugs came out black, and the car ran pig rich. Are you getting a check engine light/ codes? With no o2s, I'd get an SES light after about 20 mins on the highway.

I'm willing to bet your O2's are bad, my 93 has 2 of them and would throw a code after a long trip. One is located in the passenger exhaust manifold and the other "should" be in the factory Y-pipe on the drivers side. But first change your fuel filter and see what you come up with. Cheap things first!
