code 33 and code 55

code 33 and code 55 so i went to the track today on the way there the car would loose power and die. I would wait a min or so and it would start right up. I ran it hard for 4hrs or so with no problems (the best time i could get was a 14.3). So on my way home it died on me agian after a 45 min drive on the highway doing 70. I pulled off the highway and waited a min or 2 and it started right back up. I got it some wear off the highway and pulled the codes out of it. I got a code 33 and a code 55. I changed the map sensor and it acts a little better but what should i look for on the code 55 and would me having this problem cause me to run slower at the track i see people on here running 13s with about the same mods i got? Thanks for the help.
