Stock crank or forged crank. Period.
The only way I would put one of those aftermarket cast cranks in an engine is if the rest of the engine was already a piece of junk and I wasn't concerned about how much life I got out of it.

With a cheaper crank, you end up paying for it in balancing and machining.
