Default SLP fan switch ?

for those of you who have the switch. The on/off switch has 6 ports on the back with only 5 wires connected to it, is this right on you all's??? my friend just bought one and wants to know if it's like that from SLP and needs to know what it's for or if anything goes connected to it..
Thanks.

I run a 160 t-stat and the slp switch without a tune and no problems at all.
