Default VATS bypass module not working.

I switched over to a 95' OBD1 pcm from a 96' OBD2 PCM. I decided not to disable VATS on the OBD1 PCM, and just get the bypass module that shbox talked about on his website. Which I've read works great.

Here's the problem. I wired the 50 htz bypass module to pin 25(fuel enable) of the red connector as I was suppose to. But the OBD1 PCM would still shut the car off after 3 seconds.

So I decided to hook up my OBD2 PCM and disconnect the bypass module. So now the pin 25 is not connected to anything. Not even connected to the original wire. Just cut with no connection.

I went to start my car with the OBD2 PCM and the pin 25 wire cut. So the car should die after 3 seconds. Nope it freaking stayed running. So now I'm thinking that pin 25 is not the fuel enable signal wire.

Anybody with any ideas?

Red PCM connector A (or C1 depending on year) and pin 25 is the fuel enable. It's a dark blue wire. Are you sure you got the right one?

Just rechecked it, and I definantly have the dark blue wire cut that is in pin 25 of the red connector and somehow my OBD2 stays running.

I think I must have had my OBD2 PCM Vats disabled back in the day. Which would explain why the OBD2 PCM can stay running even with the fuel enable wire cut. So I think it may be a faulty bypass module or for some reason I need the 30 Htz bypass module instead.

I wouldn't think you need the 30 Hz module. That should have been used prior to 94. Maybe the module is not working properly. 95s should be 40-60 Hz.
