lol. I wish I could find the video and pics of it when I pulled it apart... mine was a rod knock.

OP pull off your oil filter and cut it open. if you see alot of gold in there its a spun bearing.

Even though the audio is pretty bad the "knocking" heard sounds too shallow to be a rod knock.
