cooling fan issue ok so heres the deal my car has been having cooling issues since ive had it. Ive done the coolant system presure check and fixed were i was loosing coolant from. Thought that would fix the running hot issue but no it didn't. So when i was out there today looking at it i noticed my fan on the driver side would not come on but the one on the passanger side would come on when i turn on the key no matter what the temp is. Could the sec fan not coming on cause it to run hot? How do i check and fix this problem? Any help would nice.(and also it dont come on when my A/C is on ether but my A/C hasn't worked since I've owned the car ether).
