Lt1 Slave Rod
Lt1 Slave Rod Hey guys I was putting my rebuilt transmission back in and went to test the clutch and I guess my slave rod was not in the fork right and it slipped out. Anyways it broke the plastic piece on the tip. Is there anywhere to get a new rod or just the plastic piece. I will get picture up soon so you know what I am talking about.

I would be suprised if someone sells that little nipple, if that's what your talking about, if you found it, it looks like it woud be very hard to pop back on. Are you sure you slid your fork back into place? Good luck I bet someone has one laying somewhere.
Yeah the fork is set. Yeah I doubt I can just get the nipple. I would take a whole new rod. I would use my old one but it had a small bend in it and the nipple was cracked in it. Most likely going to have to get a used one. Sucks at this one is brand new.
