Default best had gasket?

im doing a head and cam swap i dont know if i should buy all the gaskets as a kit or buy them individually? if so should i go with mr gasket or fel pro?

i bought them all as a kit from felpro. worked fine for me in the past. Just dont buy felpro head bolts! I had 3 of them break right off the bat.

Don't know about the best but I know Lloyd Elliot recommended Victor 5898. He said they were alittle thinner and would boost compression slightly. He did not say how much but I am sure some one would know.

i have a gasket list for a head and cam swap... do i have everthing i need?

Gasket:
head
intake mani
header
throttlebody
a set with- waterpump-timing cover-opti

would this be all i need?
