ABS Inop...
ABS Inop... So I've got an ABS Inop. It started after putting the new engine in over the summer. Finally got around to getting it scanned about a month ago, and the scanner read the rear ABS sensor (3-channel). So checked it, and it was unplugged. 
It seems as though that worked, as the light is no longer on on start up, and then it started coming on intermittently.
Here's what it is doing:
Once the car is started, no light. Once the car moves about 50 feet or so, then the ABS INOP light comes on, and stays on til the car is restarted. I also think I have a pocket of air in the ABS, because when running, the pedal moves a little farther on the first hit of the brakes, on the second push, the pedal is higher. Sometimes on the first push the BRAKE light will come on, then go away on the 2nd push.
So, I am thinking air in the system? I have tried bleeding the ABS module twice now and still doing the same thing. Any suggestions? I have an autox on Sunday, so must get this fixed before then!

You can have the ABS module (BCM) scanned to pull the specific ABS codes (dealer or shop will have to do this, parts stores do not have the capability). The ABS system itself has around 100 trouble codes of its own.
