i have been having a miss for a long time and i finally found the problem, the cyl 7 plug was smashed shut so it barely got spark! i think it happened when i did my headers and i might have dropped it or something. but i put new plugs in and it runs good!

 

That will do it every time. Lesson learned right? Every time you drop them re check the gap.
