Very cool, keep us posted on your progress. 400rwhp shouldn't be a problem, you can do that with a H/C 350. Who did the heads? |

thanks Thanks everyone! I appreciate all the kind words. MAN its been a LOT of work. But the time is drawing near to reap the rewards. Got my valve covers in today, so now I can finish fabbing the coil brackets and get all of that mocked up. http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...2/108_2047.jpg http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...2/108_2045.jpg http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...2/108_2044.jpg http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/m...2/108_2043.jpg |

mine is just a little old 355 with stock rods with arp bolts and stock crank. We will see how the rods hold up to a 150 -200 shot. Hp isnt what kills a rod anyways, its RPM and Detonation. Im gonna make sure there is 0 detonation and im gonna keep the rpms down to about 6700 or so. so they should def. hold the 150 shot. Still sounds like a fun ride :) |
Nice setup, that should be fun ;) |
Are those the ebay cheap valve covers? How do they clear your rocker arms, did you have to do any mod to them to get them to fit? I ordered a set a couple of days ago should be here by Friday, then I will start my new 355. Looks good. |
yes they are, they fit great with 0 modification. |
That looks like a very fun project, GL |
Green is the new red for intakes lately huh? BTW Where are you getting Mello Yello in bottles? -Dustin- |
