Great thank you all so much for the help. This is exacly what I was hoping for, that at least one of you had done this already and knew which one fit. It's even better that more than one of you have not only done this but have all used the same gasket with success. I knew I would most likely need the gasket to match the LT4 and was leaning towards the 12528884 before I started this topic as I stated in my second post but was unaware that it had relocated bolt holes. I sure am glad I asked.

If I had just told the guy to send me the ones they had listed, I would have had five different gasket sets and none of them would have been the 12367777 and I would have had to pay to ship them all back and would have wasted however many days it took for them to arrive to me. All of your help and input are greatly appreciated, thank you all.

I feel compelled to tell you why I am so excited about this gasket. I discovered it by mistake. For years I was taking a stock LT4 gasket and port matching it to the heads which was an extra time consuming step. If it was not done exactly right they would leak oil. I ordered a set of regular gaskets, got these instead, told them they were not the correct gasket, but decided to check anyway since the ports were larger and BAM. They fit perfectly. So yeah... Maybe that is the difference between the 12528884 and the 12367777 which would explain the two different numbers for the same gasket. If that is the case when I call the dealership tomorrow then I can just get the whole set 12528884 if it is the same as far as cost goes.
there is a stock lt4 intake gasket and and offroad.. the 7777 is the offroad and has a larger port..

Well, again I thank you all for the help, I am definately going with the 12367777. I will have to get them on Monday as I called my local Chevy dealer today at 12:01 and they closed the parts department at 12:00 so I was out of luck. The one minute I was late was from sitting on hold where the operator at the dealership was transferring me to the parts department. Oh well, those are the breaks I guess, I am just stoked to know exactly what gasket I need and to know that I will not have to cut the gasket to match the ports as SS RRR pointed out. Since it is just the two side gaskets can I just use my trusty old Permatex Ultra Black to seal the ends or will I need a special gasket sealer from the dealer?

Anyone know the difference GM 12367777 and the Fel-Pro 1284? Was able to find the port size for the Fel-Pro 1.25 x 2.04''. Can't find the GM specs.
