IAC counts in Data master?
You may find the BBK TB needs some "mod". to get idle right. First confirm TPS vdc is in range and IAC counts are good (put TB stop screw back to where it was stock).
You may need to do the drill mod on the TB to get IAC counts right. Drill 1/8" hole in between blades same place stock hole is on stock TB. Measure IAC counts and if still to high drill hole 1/64" bigger and repeat IAC test. Take baby steps as 1/64" makes a big difference.

The drill mod is essential to get the counts down to around 30 or so at hot idle. Thats where mine are.I am still having a slight issue at very cold startup with the IAC counts peaking at 150. I might go one size larger on the hole next winter.
