Car dies at start up.

Car dies at start up. Hello again forum!
I just replaced my front seals, MSD distributor and rotor, i cleaned up the opti sensor (it had a little oil on it from the seal leaking) and sensor wheel, looked great, i buttoned it all back up, new coil, and after a half a day driving it it wants to die if its been sitting for more then a minute, (Not every time) when i come to a light or a stop sign it wants to die if it doesnt already. one time i got on it out of a parking lot and the voltage gauge went down when i was giving it gas. THINGS ive checked for already.
-Ive swapped battery's from my work truck (Same result)
-Ive unpluged alternator and started car and let it run for a couple min or so to see if battery was bad or if it wasnt charged... (Same result)
-with out getting under it ive checked for a possible short? but everything looks fine from what i can see...
-switched coils (Same result)
So im wondering? could it be that my opti sensor is bad? (But when im driving and accelerating it runs like a champ)
or would a bad knock sensor be to blame?

I had my opti go bad a few months ago. it would start and run for a while.. i even drove it around for at least an hour and everything acted normal. then when i turned it off it wouldnt start again. most of the time it would run for about 10 minutes and then die. i did this several times and then replaced the opti and it was fixed.

No before it was spitting and sputtering when it got to normal temp...so after I put everything back ir ran great for a littlewhile (unless I didn't notice it) now it has a hard time idling for the first few seconds then it idles fine/drives fine...only started doin that after I buttoned everything back up.
