OK correct me if im wrong, but you cant just "fool around" and try 1/2 turn vs 1/4 turn. There is a torque spec for these bolts and the idea is that when you reach that specific torque you should be at X amount of turns. In order to change the number of turns it takes to reach that torque is dependent on pushrod length.

You can try what ever you want with polly locks.

Define adjustable rockers. Every SBC-specific rocker preload is reliant on infinite adjustability on the poly lock.

Hmm. Interesting thread. I guess I'm the odd man out. I'm running them just a hair past 1/12th turn. Seems to be working pretty well.
