Default SES light knock sensor

I a few months ago scanned my car, came up code 43 ESC fault. Well recently i replaced the knock sensor in the block as well as the knock module in the computer, Now its still throwing the code an running very rich. I looked up code 43 in the flags and shows knock sensor.

Any ideas? thanks in advance.

And this problem randomly appeared shortly after a opti swap, if that means anything.

did a 20 mins cold start log figured i would post the readings
idle spark advance 26.0
knock counts after abusive drive for 5 mins 21205
spark retard at idle 0.0
spark retard under WOT 5.0
IA temp C 45.0
TPS volts at idle 67
Fuel trim cell at Idle 16 vary from 16 to 18 though
fuel trim at 3500 rpms 7
fuel trim at 4500 rpms 3
LTerm Counts 143/153
RTerm Counts 135/130
IAC Pos 55
MAP KPA 62.9
BPW mS 2.75/3.00
Inj DC calc 2.3/2.4

after a few revs spark retard jumps around from 1.8-2.5 at idle then 0.0 out after a min

after 20 mins of running an pretty constant reving knock counts jumped from 33697 to 63969

No idea what any of this means

SES light is on but only throwing the code 43.

Check the connection between the knock sensor connector and the connector at the computer. I had a similar issue. The knock sensor connector looked fine but the wire was separated inside the connector. Repaired the connector and it was good to go. The how-to on Shbox is great.

I've got the same problem with the '93 LT1 in my Volvo. I fell your pain with the gas mileage. I have 5 volts at the knock sensor connector and the resistance checked out on the sensor. Maybe there is a flaky connection somewhere...
