Too good to pass up!! Okay I have a 96 Z28 with light boltons.
My original plans was to just keep doing light modifications and eventually heads and cam package.
A buddy of mine also had a LT1 and was planning on swapping to a LS2 but since he put the car into a ditch he needs fast cash.
Now I'm rethinking and possibly going with a swap and wanna get yalls opinions on if it's a good deal and what other parts I will need to do it.
For $1800
LS2 Tahoe SS longblock w/42,000mi
Stock LS1 intake and TB (not sure if it will work)
Also for $800
He has brand new full front adjustable suspension parts with ls1 k member.
Forgot brand but it's UMI or BMR.
This seems like a great deal for me.
This would not go in till next summer so I have a full year to find the remaining parts I need or modify the engine to my liking!
Please help me out!! Any advice, opinions, or tech assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
