Could be seal around the waterpump. Mine would heat up then it would just pour coolant straight down. Replaced Pump and Seals Fixed It for $85.
Cold Start in 3-5mins would start leaking.

Every where I look is dry the old radiator that had a leak was replaced now its leaking from some where else hoses are all on there ive triple check I'll go at it with a clear head tomorrow. Car sounds great doesn't miss a lick its a great running set up from what it idles in the driveway.

get the tool that pressurizes the coolant system with the car off. you will find the leak quickly. some common places are the back of the heads and the seal you made when mounting the EWP to the housing.

Start it up and get under there and watch where it starts leaking from.
I did have leaking problem with the coolant crossover line that goes into back of head after replacing manifold gasket.

What is the level of your reservoir? Does it too show it's low? If not then you may have an air leak rather than a coolant leak. What I mean is air may be entering the return line between the reservoir and radiator. I'm sure as you know when coolant gets hot it will enter the reservoir and as it cools, will return to the radiator. If air is introduced into the return line from the reservoir it will stop coolant from returning. When you pop the radiator cap the radiator will be low.
If you've replaced your radiator with an aftermarket one from the likes of Autozone or equiv. the hose ports and such may be smaller. I did this and had to put screw type hose clamps on many of the ports due to them leaking. Found the coolant return line port for the reservoir to be smaller and the clamp was not sealing the hose which introduced air into the system as described above.
As suggested, get a coolant pressure tester and test when engine is cool. Don't go over 18psi.
Just starting a car and looking for a leak doesn't always work, street prep king genius. Sometimes a leak can be in a place where the coolant hits a hot spot and evaporates before it can be seen.

Water is deff coming out of the reservoir everything is fine till it gets close to 210 then it starts spewing out. I was thinking maybe pump hooked up backwards? but not sure if thats even possible last i checked black was always ground and thats how i have it hooked up now

Spewing out where? The reservoir cap? If so, check to make sure the lines from the steam pipe and reservoir are not mixed up. The reservoir line should be on the top port just below the radiator cap and the steam pipe line below the reservoir port/line.
