shutter/shake issues<<<<<<Help>>>>>

95 lt1, MAF cleaned and functional, ac delco 02's relatively new less than 1000 miles, brand new ac delco opti, brand new ICM, Coil wire, Plugs Wires New, double checked all plugs and wires to make sure nothing is burnt/chipped fouled, New Coil, long tubes, fuel pressure checked and within spec, TPS reading is within spec, tune by solomon. Under load (high gear/low speeds) at WOT, Fuel is getting dumped into the cylinders and makin it shutter and shake horribly. 02 readings are normal(data master). Fuel pressure is within spec. Any ideas? I'm at a loss.

Remember that spark plug wires don't have to appear burnt to be messed up.

How was fuel pressure checked? How do you know fuel is dumping into cylinders?

The issue is only happening while in closed loop...if it was spark plug wires wouldn't it happen all the time? Fuel pressure was checked with manual fuel pressure gauge and I know fuel is being dumped in by my tuner telling me so...
