Default Top Alternator Bolt?

Has anyone else stripped the thread out of the alternator bracket where you bolt the top (front of alt) to the engine bracket? The only way around this I can see is put a bolt all the way thru and a nut on the end/front of the bracket. Anyone else done this and what sizes should I need?

Yeah, same here. Mine actually rattled out and the alternator flopped over onto the bracket. Easy fix, but use a 10.9 grade or higher.
