Since i changed out my PP 58mm for a 52mm Holley there is alot of slack in the cable causing it not to open the throttle like it should. I have since them put two zip ties temporarly on the end of the cable by the pedal to pick up the slack. Since then even with the slack issue resolved it feels much slower. Is the downsize in the tb making it seem slower or another issue. I really had to mess with the tps and set screw to get the correct voltage. I stepped down to a 52mm because the inlet was only ported for a 52-54 but i was told a 58 anyhow i ran the 58 for awhile untill i found a deal on this 52. It almost seems like even the inlet of the intake was smaller it likes the 58mm more as the throttle responce was way better. Going to the dyno next week and i dont want to have this tb making the engine run the way it is.
Can anyone answer this question?

do you still have the 58? just throw that on and run it, not gonna hurt anything, there are just a lot of 58mm haters on here...
i didn't have time to put my ported intake manifold on, so i was running a PP 58 on my stock intake for a while. throttle response was amazing

I want to cut down on any restrictions on my setup. I stepped down to stop the restriction and air deflection with air coming in the intake to pick up possibly gains. Talked to my tuner and he thinks since my tune is all out of wack cause i just put a fuel new pump in and then the new tb change so its way off. Im bringing the 58 with me to the dyno session incase it is actually the tbs crap.
