Why that cam? WHY!?!?!?!

Good job man. I have had a CC306 sitting on the shelf in my office for months now that I have been too lazy to install. You just gave me some drive. Maybe I will do it this weekend!

It's not necessarily a bad cam, there may be better options given different set ups. This just proves given the supporting mods it can make power just like a number of other combinations can make power.

And proves that the clowns who say it has a lazy lobe or is a **** cam, are just that- Clowns. It's not the peak numbers I am interested in, but rather how well the power curve holds out.

Doubtful. It would be a far more obvious drop off in power if that were the case.

As quick as a power curve goes up, you'll see it go down and it never recovers. I think in one of my valve float issues I lost 50rwhp in a matter of 200rpm...

Did a little searching and our boy wrd deliveres.

Very strong numbers Man. Looks like wearing that fox body Mustang 5.0 T-shirt helped out. Very well thought out combo. And it kept making power as you increased timing. Niice.

Can't wait to see the numbers to your 398 Stroker SR build.

Crazy numbers for that cam man, nice! Guess those heads will really shine once you go to a bigger cam/build that 383 stroker. Keep us posted.

Here's another one. Definitely no float in the op's graph.

In both of those graphs the float happens right around 6k rpm. Interesting.

We had the exact same psycho high lift LE1.5 Bret Bauer cam and likely the same springs. Speed now has a AI cam and I have an older LE1 cam.

Drove it some when I was back in, took it to a movie car meet and then to Ottos. In smaller doses it's a lot more fun than the C6 to drive.

Haha, I like driving my LT1 as much as my C6, on short trips only though...

I always thought the TA is like a trailer park hottie or a truck stop **** tail waitress, can be loud loud, a little on the trashy side, can be obnoxious to some and only fun to be around when your breaking the law. Others may look on with disgust, but any god fearing American male is still going to find it cool deep down inside. Corvettes kinda like a milf, can behave, little older crowd but can still blow your socks off.
