Valve Seats? or Valve Seals? Valve Seats are not something that the hobby mechanic can do much with without valve job tools. This is different but the same.... on BMW aluminum motorcycle cylinder heads the valve seats are removed by welding a bead around the I.D. of the seat and that shrinks the valve seat enough that they can be removed.

This is I believe LT4s but the same procedure will work.

FWIW stock seats with 2.00 1.56 valves have gone 9s NA, so replacing seats for larger valves is wasted effort.

Weld a bead around it and the seat will shrink and pop out. Be careful.
