LT1 knocking

LT1 knocking Alright so my 95 has been acting up for a while now. Ive been replacing sensors left and right but its still acting up. What it does is it starts misfiring and running rough when it warms up. It runs great when i first turn it on. Well anyways, today i drove it for a while and it acted like usual but then when i got home i parked it and lifted the hood to hear it run and i could hear a ticking like every 2 or 3 seconds. it sounds like if someones knocking on the bottom of it with a metal rod or something. So what do you guys think i should do? Try to take it to a shop to get it fixed or rebuilt or try to buy a new engine? Do you guys know a place i can get a good low mile LT1? the car has 120k miles btw..
