Default Need sum help
i am having a firing issue with my 1994 caprice Lt1. I put a new opti spark on it and it ran just fine for about 2 months then it wouldn't start ( wasn't firing). so i exchanged for a new opti-spark and it will not fire. so i was wondering is there anything else that will make me have a firing issue?
P.S. i also tired another ICM and put another knock sensor on it. Help is needed quick

You check the coil and fuel pressure? VATS?

its a new MSD coil and i just bought a new fuel pump. what VATS?

Msd's have been known to fail and just because its a new pump dosnt mean its working.

yes when i got the first opti spark on it and it would start and die after about 20 mins. so i check the fuel psi and it was at around 42 and stayed there the whole time. so i change the knock sensor and it ran just fine.

the pump went out one day while i was driving, i put another one in it and its been running fine and i can also hear it when it first comes on.

Check and repair the 12v terminal on the passenger fender firewall near fuse box, I had one with a bad connection cause a no start condition..
