So, you have the fans running on a switch. When running hot like this, are the fans blowing hot air from the radiator?
Hold old is this water pump? Have you had a look at the water pump's impeller? Over time, they can rot away and move less coolant.

I don't really see an issue here either.
One thing people forget about is the air dam underneath the car. I've seen tons of "i can't figure out why my car is overheating" threads, and some of them were resolved by putting the air dam back on (because they had previously removed it).
