I have a condition much like the op on this thread, I've run all of the tests listed and the only difference in what I found from the results I should have found was the resistance at terminal D of the Opti harness. I found 23.5 instead of 60 ohms with the key on, everything else is good.

The are no codes or pending codes in the PCM so now what? I'm wondering if the CPS could be the problem.

I replaced the opti, coil, ICM, plugs, and wires. And still nothing. Ran the test from shbox and only thing I couldn't get was ac voltage signal. Please help

No A/C voltage means there's a problem between the opti to pcm to icm.

So broken wire, bad ground, bad opti, bad pcm, or bad connector. With how old these cars broken connectors are very common.

Well I cleaned all my grounds, double checked my multireader reading and still got the same thing. No AC pulse on ICM connector. Did some research and found out that is the wire that tells the coil to fire. Which is what the optical sensor in the optispark tells the pcm to do. So opti to pcm, pcm to ICM to coil. So I pulled the plug on my brand new opti that came with it (which isn't easy if you don't remove the waterpump) and low and behold there was my problem the wires wasn't making contact . Half the wired were pushed up out of connector. I repinned the connector and made sure it was making a connection and she fired right up.

Thanx to everyone that helped me with my research.
