Default weight reduction tips for a vert?

if anyone has any tips on a few weight reductions i can do for my heavy *** vert please let me know. i already put on a custom fiberglass ramair hood, removed spare and jack, and will remove the EGR and AIR as soon as i figure it out (if anybody has details on that it would help, my buddy did his LS1 and we both can't figure out what all we need to rip out). thanks ahead for the help.

You can rip off the plastic 5mph crash supports under the front and rear bumpers, worth about 6 pounds a piece. Backseats, washer fluid tank.

basically, just rip out anything you don't need that isn't nailed down. EGR and AIR will help you out, you can take off your swaybar for track day to save a few pounds (but definitely put it back on after, your car will handle like a total pig). Other than that, if your really into weight reduction, check out some frontend suspension parts. BMR makes some great K-Members that'll knock around 40-50 lbs off the front-end... good luck

i am definately gonna buy a k-member after i do a H/C package or stroker. i don't wanna go to crazy with rippin stuff out but just the unneccessary stuff. i think when i go to the track, i will rip out the back seat because it seems like it wouldn't take too much time to do.
