valve springs?
what is a good valve spring to support a Camshaft, Hydraulic Roller Tappet, Advertised Duration 269/276, Lift .495/.503, Chevy in my 1996 lt1 i am going to have my head valve seeded

Maybe some people want to keep stock like drive-ability. And porting heads is worth it with a stock cam... I'm sure he would see 30+rwhp gains with a mild set of heads and that cam. I never understood why people thing ported heads aren't worth it with a mild cam. The better the heads you have, the less cam you need to make the same power.

Absolutely. There should be a return form in the box that you simply fill out and return.
And if you just want a cruiser and don't care about 1/4mi times then go with ported heads by someone like LE or even a local shop and a CC306 or equivalent cam. if you want the most out of your money for guaranteed performance results then go with AI or GTP.

What would be best the cc306 or the cc503 with out changing push rods and rockers I have done valve springs I just want something to cruise in it wot be a DD car I got a truck for that

Have you considered the cost of tuning as well? How about the timing chain and sprockets? What about head gaskets? Seems like you're not sure of what you're getting yourself into. May I suggest doing a bit more research before you make any more purchases?
