Default quick question about opti

Well Just had a quick question. There's 3 bolts that hold the optispark in place. If one bolt was loose to where u could just wiggle the optispark just alittle could that throw the timing off. Cause we been having a missing problem. I noticed one of the bolts were loose on the bottom and I could wiggle the opti just enough to notice to where it could move back and fourth. Just wondering if that would cause a problem.

No it was not throwing any codes. I tried to tighten the bolt but it seems like it's stripped. I mean the opti dont move that bad. Just a little. U actaully have to focus on it to see it move. I know ofcourse it's not supposed to move. Just wondering if that could have been the problem. Cause the shop said it feels like the car is out of timing. Like it lost it's tune. So I will break it down this weekend to see if that was the problem
