Default Pick some pushrods for me.

I'm fed up with researching. As far as I can tell this is the last part that I need to finish the engine.

Stuff I have already:
Cam specs: 232/240 .595/.595 110 LSA (installed)
New LS7 lifters
5/16" Trick Flow guideplates
1.6" COMP Cams Ultra Pro Magnum Rockers
Pushrod length needed: 7.15

I trust your judgement, most of you anyway...Pick a pushrod for me please. Gonna order it tonight. Thanx

You CAN NOT know what length you need without measuring! That jas been said hundreds of times on here.

If the heads have never been off the car, use stock 7.2, otherwise its a WAG

Maybe I should clarify what I meant.

Brand name: Trick Flow, Comp Cams, Isky, etc. Not length. I got the length already.

Oh, and another thing, help the clueless out here, if I'm running 5/16" guideplates as stated above, what DIAMETER pushrods to I need?

Trick flow .080 wall chromoly works well on a mild setup. I used mantons 5/16 .118 wall in my build

See if Summit has anything in stock for that length, if not call Manton or Trend. I ordered my custom pushrods through Trend and couldn't be happier. They were 3/8's that tapered down to 5/16's ball end, .080" chromoly in 7.8" length and they were $170ish ($10 and change apiece). Built to order arrived in 3 days. Most weird lengths will be out of stock at Summit.
