spark coming off msd wire

Default spark coming off msd wire
Gonna get right to the point. Whenever I installed my msd box I noticed that a spark would come off the 5th spark plug wire n hit my header. Its clear as day u can litterlly see spark hitting my header. All my spark plus wires are good.

The car does miss and sputter while driving.

Indeed. Spark arcing out of the wire means the wire has leakage. Miss and sputter naturally follow.
