Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Flow During Non-Purge

can anyone narrow the problem more?

 

Sounds like leaking EVAP solenoid/purge valve (flowing when it's not actively purging). The opposite, a no flow condition during purge (P0441) would indicate an EVAP stuck closed. Either way, the vapor lines to the purge solenoid could be loose, leaking or the solenoid housing itself is cracked/ compromised in some way. Check the EVAP plumbing and valves on the pass. side of the intake.
