Default Rod / pistons

Well I'm and dropping my block off and crank to get it fixed from spinning a main barring and I'm sureee my block needs bored o they will want to do it and I will have them do 30 over so what pistons rods and rings are u guys running or recommend with stock ported heads and a cc503 cam yes if u guys know that I went with a cc502 before def want bigger but it's cool sold the 502 for 200 bucks haha

for something simple like that SCAT I Beams and a Mahle Power Pak is ur best bang for the buck.........even the stock rods with ARP bolts will take a beating........i ran stock rods with forged slugs and arp bolts for four years at 7000rpm making north of 500hp.......

I wanna be right around 375 hp tho motor but that's where I'm looking to be im gonna put long tube headers ported heads and cc503 cam

at that level i wouldn't have an issue with stock rods with 8740 arp bolts at all

very difficult to gauge.........matters mostly on the heads and how good they are........Compression Ratio........exhaust.......that cam is also small.......too many variables to even guess........

I have a set of forged Wiseco 5095H3 if you want to step up to a 6" rod, it would require a different crank. In all honestly a quality piston and a rod bolts will be all you need.

Ya I'm keepin the stock crank I'm having them turn and balnce it so i would pry keep stock rods I guess just looking on input on pistons
