Oil Pressure Sensor 94 LT1
Oil Pressure Sensor 94 LT1 I had the motor rebuilt.
Motor came back with no oil pressure sensor in it. The hole by the EGR has been plugged and the auxiliary port is wide open.
I am having a lot of difficulty figuring out if I need to buy the OPS for above the oil filter or the one for by the EGR.
I have figured out that the oil filter one is 24575127 and the rear of the intake one is 10201491.
Its been 5 years since I have had the motor together and I haven't even had the wiring harness completely laid out in the engine bay yet. So any help would be awesome.

The wiring harness should tell you by where the connector for the sensor is. This is what it looks like for the sensor behind the intake. The connector for the sensor by the oil filter would be much further down that section of harness, so it could reach.
alright i will look at my harness when i get home, if the distance from home to the end of the connector is short we will go with a late model OPS. if its long with a lot of slack, we will go with a early OPS. this is going to get interesting because I had to swap out wiring harnesses.
