Default vacuum lines

my a/c is deleted, but i left the evap in there, with that in still should i cap off the vacuum line or should i hook it up? also with the evap(emissions) deleted, with the charcoal canister still installed, should i cap the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator, or hook it up?

You NEED the vacuum line to the FPR. That modulates your fuel pressure with manifold vacuum.

Deleting the EVAP system offers no gains so if it works why delete it?

We all know that blindly deleting emissions stuff you don't understand adds at least 150hp. Except the AIR system you don't delete that you replumb the feed lines from the exhaust manifolds back into the intake and use it as an electric supercharger. which is good for another 75hp.
