voltage problems

Hey guys. Am having a little problem wht my voltage, is only when am about to make a stop, my voltage drops down to 8-9 and it goes back up to normal. Yes I have a new battery. Any ideas? Tnxs guys

I would check your connections and make sure there clean and tight. Is your battery is held down. I've see them rock and arc on the ac lines during driving.

No is not held down, but all do it tomorrow. Tnks
