Ideas on a rebuild? My lt1 has 112k on the clock, and thinking a 383 short block. Any info with setup or any in put on it. What heads should i go with it would a street/sripe set-up.
Depends on what your after honeslty, you out for an all out race car, look in to some AFRs and have them ported, you want a nice street car and dont want to spend a ton A.I, LLyod Elliot, TEA, and many others can work maic on those LT1 castings. Have you any idea on what kind of cam you want to run or the size? That bottom is the same man, you can get by on budget or go all out, depends onw aht you want this motor to do. Gota be more specific on what you want.
