I have done tons of research on this topic, but however I am still lacking a bit of information. I will be using a griffin 1-55241-x radiator, which is the same dimensions as the 1-25241-x, but has 1 1/4" tubes instead of the 1" tubes on the 25241. I plan to have a bung welded in place for the steam line vent, do I need to make sure it vents lower than the location coming out of the back of the heads? As for the smaller hose that comes out of the waterpump on the lower drivers side, and runs to the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side, is it safe to delete this for a 90% street car since the b-bodys did not have this hose? Also, will the factory inlet/outlet hoses reach and fit onto the griffin?
