Default No spark!!!!!!!!!!!

so here is my issue. Ive been searching for days to find a similar situation but to no avail. my car ran alright but it lacked power. i changed the coil and module bc the module had a corner melted. still ran the same. changed the O2s still ran the same. chenged the IAT and cleaned the EGR valve. Same. so i though it was a weird issue with the Opti so changed the base and re-used the cap/rotor. while i had it apart i deleted the AIR pump. the MAF is new as well. fuel pressure is dead on 43 and the injectors are working as i am smelling fuel in the tail pipe. i have a plug wire from the coil to a tester to the #1 plug. when i crank it over no blinking light. i did all the wiring checks and everything seems to be fine. the connector at the Opti reads
Pin A 5v
Pin B 5v
Pin C is 12v
Pin D is a proper ground.

the Module harness also reads system voltage on pins A and D as well as Pin C is a good ground. Pin B has voltage somewhere in the 2ish volt range while cranking.

the Coil is also brand new and both pink/black and pink wires have system voltage and the white/black wire pulses when cranking.

all these checks should isolate the problem to the coil/module but all the checks are good and both parts are new. what else would interrupt spark? any input guys? this car is driving mew nuts!

i double checked the Ignition Control Module harness and Pin B which shows the 2ish voltage shows voltage on the multimeter but does not flash when touched by the light tester. could it be a PCM error?

well I'm inviting an air strike onto my house in hopes of hitting the car. the problem was so unbelievably simple to fix. after replacing the opti, coil, module, cap/rotor, plugs, wires, running every inch of wire and soldering all new connections and two days of constant troubleshooting to figure this spark thing out. the connector for the ICM was messed iup when i used the multimeter to test for voltage. i stretched out the female pins and when i plugged it into the module it wouldnt work. just bent the pins back and cranked right up. WTF. anyway shame on me for ignoring the very first step of electric diagnostics. CHECK CONNECTIONS!!!
